Argentina Rugby Challenge

The Argentina Rugby Challenge its a promotional rugby tour developed for Schools interested to play, compete and share in Argentina with top locals rugby teams.

Dates: From March to November 2021 / 2022 / 2023

Genre and Age of Players;

  • First XV / U18 (Boys)
  • U16 (Boys)
  • U14 (Boys)

Aim:
Promote rugby and cultural exchange among young people from around the world.

Format of Competition:

  • Each Team will visit 4 cities of Argentina ,and will play 1 Rugby Match with a local team (IRB Rules for Youth).
  • In each city, will be disputing a Single Cup, the following:
    The Buenos Aires Rugby Cup
    The Cordoba Rugby Cup
    The Salta Rugby Cup
    The Tucuman Rugby Cup

The Argentina Challenge Rugby Cup:
The Teams who win the 3 or more rugby fixtures during the tour, will get the Argentina Challenge Cup.


Package with Accommodations and Transfers:

The tour include 12 nights in Argentina, where the players will be at hotels or host by locals families in each city:

  • 3 nights hotel or billeting in Buenos Aires. Bus to Cordoba City.
  • 3 nights hotel or billeting in Cordoba. Bus to Tucuman City
  • 3 nights hotel or billeting in Tucuman. Bus to Salta City
  • 3 nights hotel or billeting in Salta. Flight to Buenos Aires City

    Note:
    Extension to play rugby in others regions of Argentina, Chile or Uruguay will be available too.

Transfer to the Host School / Club for next 3 nights.

1st Fixture vs Local Team playing for the Buenos Aires Cup. After match function

Day 4. Buenos Aires to Cordoba
Bus to Cordoba. Arrival and Transfer to the Host School / Club for next 3 nights.

Day 13. Buenos Aires – Home
In the morning flight to Buenos Aires. Last minute shopping and transfer to Ezeiza Airport for the departure flight.
