Inspections Trips
We run inspection trips for Group leaders, a vital role in the planning of school sports programs.
Our visits enable group leaders to see location destinations and sample accommodation, sporting facilities and local environment. Leaders will also have the chance to get to know our team and the individuals who will be looking after your group during their stay.
Please note we offer this tour with a very good prices, but the group will receive a 100% refund of the cost of the Inspection Visit if travel with us during 24 months after.

Services to be included:
- Transfers in /out Ezeiza Airport.
- 3, 4 or 5 nights of hotel accommodations, breakfast included.
- Visit to hotels we work with (3, 4 and 5 stars).
- Visit to the most traditional rugby and field hockey clubs. Others sports available too.
- Visit to the top private & bilingual schools. Meeting with local Staff / Directors.
- Visit to know cultural places and activities available in Buenos Aires.
- Excursions: City Tour of Buenos Aires..
- Transfers and tickets for a first division rugby or hockey match.
- Tango show.
- Visit Boca Juniors Soccer Stadium
Optional cities or activities:
If anyone would be interested to visit others cities like Rosario, Mar del Plata, Iguazu Falls, Colonia and Montevideo (Uruguay), Cordoba, Mendoza, Tucuman, etc, we will be able to organize this before or after.
PRELIMINAR SCHEDULE
Day 1:
Arrive to Ezeiza Airport.
Reception from Team Sports Representative. Transfer to the Hotel. Check inn. Rest of the day free.
21:00 hs Welcome dinner.
Day 2:
Breakfast at hotel.
09:00 hs.City Tour Buenos Aires. Free for lunch
16:00 hs.Transfer and meeting at National Institute of Tourism Promotion (InProTur): institutional presentation of Argentina as an international destination.
Back to the hotel
Free night.
Day 3:
Breakfast at hotel.
09:00 hs.City Tour Buenos Aires.
11:00 hs Visit to different rugby and field hockey clubs.
Free for lunch
After lunch: transfer and ticket to see a 1st division rugby or hockey match.
18:00 hs. Return to the hotel.
Free night.
Day 4:
Breakfast at hotel.
09:00 hs Visit Visit to different hotels (3, 4 and 5 stars).
Rest day Free.
Day 5:
Breakfast at hotel.
09:00 hrs Visit to cultural places and bilingual schools.
Free for lunch.
20:30 hs. Farwell dinner. Group meeting to share ideas, etc.
Return to the hotel.
Day 6:
Breakfast at hotel.
Day at leisure until departure (free time for last business meetings, shopping, etc.)
Transfer to Ezeiza International Airport.
End.
