BOOKING CONDITIONS
The booking confirmation and/or quote and the pricing therein are subject to/based on: The number of passengers (pax) stated therein: If the pax number increase or decrease, such change shall be subject to availability and the Business/es reserve the right to re-quote the booking.If the dates of travel and durations of the component parts of the travel program change, increase or decrease, such change shall be subject to availability and the Business/es reserve the right to re-quote the booking. The schedule of payments arranged: In case of default on the stipulated dates for each payment, the original quote will be void and the tour will be re-quoted. Team Sports reserves the right to cancel any reservation if any of the deposits or final balance due has not been paid for by the due dates specified by us.

OUR PRICES
Tour prices are based on current tariffs and currency exchange rates at time of booking. Team Sports expressly reserves the right to adjust the tour costs in accordance with currency fluctuations or tariff adjustments by service providers. However, once final tour cost has been determined and you have paid in full, your tour price is fixed.

PAYMENTS / CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
The regular schedule of payments for international tours is the following: A first deposit of 20% of total amount (Non- Refundable) is payable to secure your booking. A second deposit of 20% at 8 months before the arrival, and a final total due at least 6 weeks before departure of tour. Team Sports reserves the right to arrange other payment schedules for some groups. The agreed prices are directly related to the agreed payment schedule for each tour.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing. Unless outlined differently for a specific tour, the following cancellation fees apply. This does not cover airfares which have their own conditions.Deposits are non-refundable, but every client will have a credit with Team Sports valid to use in your next group / client to Argentina or South America in next 36 months.

When your cancellation is made:

  • 6 – 10 months before departure: 90% of the deposits are valid for next 36 months (80%). The 10% is forfeited.
  • 2 – 6 months before departure: 80% of deposits are valid for next 36 months (70%). The 20% is forfeited.
  • 2 months or less before departure: 100% of tour price is forfeited

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee per pax for tours cancelled. If any refund is given, this will be subject to terms and conditions, rules and regulations of our services providers. If no cancellation/s has been received in writing – full cancellation fees (100% of tour cost) will apply. Please note that all cancellations are subject to VAT. Above conditions may change, due to the fact that the tour has not been finalized as of yet.

REFUND
Refunds will not be made in respect of unused accommodation. Neither will refunds be made for meals, sightseeing tours, transfers, or any other services, which are included in the tour cost, but not utilized by the tour member.

FORCE MAJEURE
We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport.

INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that you are adequately insured. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. No insurance is included in the tour cost, unless otherwise stated under tour inclusions. Therefore any insurance is additional and for the client’s own arrangements and account.

DELAYS
Team Sports does not hold itself responsible nor can it be held responsible for any delays (arrival or departure), whether brought about by technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions, client not having the necessary documentation ready i.e. passport or visa or any other circumstance, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

ITINERARIES
We work with preliminaries itineraries since 6 weeks prior to the arrival. While every effort is made to maintain the preliminary itinerary as similar as we informed to the client, Team Sports reserves the right to amend or alter the itinerary due to unforeseeable circumstances outside our control like weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, technical problems with transport, changes in holidays term, changes in any commitments of the locals clubs or schools, or at any accommodation establishment, etc. Tours are based on optimum flight departures. If it is not possible to adhere to these exact dates, Team Sports reserves the right to amend/extend the tour to comply with flight availability. Therefore itineraries must, therefore be regarded as a basic guide only.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICES
Please read through the quotation carefully to see what services have not been included in your tour price. They are usually as follows: airport tax, all other meals not mentioned in itinerary, travel insurance, passports and visas costs, Fee entrance to national parks, porterage at hotels as well as at airports, personal expenses such as tips for meals, telephone calls, beverages, anything of personal nature and not mentioned in the tour cost inclusions.

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT
A limited number of single rooms are available at the hotels featured in the itineraries and the applicable supplement for such accommodation must therefore be paid. Should the client require a single room it must be requested in writing and the supplement paid for.

DAMAGE
Team Sports reserves the right to cut short the tour in the event of any participant causing annoyance, violence, injury, disturbance or damage, or acting in such manner that is detrimental to the operation of the tour. The participant will be asked to leave the tour immediately. In such a case refunds (if any) will only be made at the discretion of Team Sports.

DOCUMENTATION
All passengers will be personally responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of the correct personal documentation prior to departure. Team Sports does not accept responsibility for any consequences whatsoever, arising from a passenger failing to ensure that he or she has complied with the necessary health, passport and visa requirements. It will be our pleasure to assist you with inquiries, but the responsibility lies with the client to contact any travel agent, Department of Home Affairs and/or the applicable Embassy to obtain the necessary documentation.

CLAIMS
All claims, with supporting documentation, must be lodged with Team Sports within thirty (30) days of return from your trip, failing to do so will result in any such claims being forfeited.

ALTERATIONS TO TOURS/TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All tours, airlines, hotel accommodation, car hire, rail travel, cruises, coach transport or any other travel arrangements, are subject to alteration or cancellation at any time without prior notice, as a result of any cause, which are at the absolute discretion of Team Sports. Please note that if Team Sports renders it desirable, reasonable or necessary to effect such alteration or cancellation, we will do so. In particular, but without prejudice, in the event of the revision of arrangements, no liability of any kind shall fall upon Team Sports in respect of any such alterations or cancellation. In the event of a tour being cancelled due to a threat of war, please note that clients will be liable for any cancellation fees that may occur from cancellation of hotel/s, flights, transfers etc. Team Sports will do its utmost to avoid their clients from having to pay these cancellation fees, however at the end of the day it will be at the discretion of the service provider (hotel / airline / coach company / car hire company etc.)

SUPPLIERS’ CONDITIONS:
We do not own the accommodation, coaches, aircraft, ferries, sports grounds (whom are referred by suppliers) or other elements of your tour, which make up the package. All our suppliers have their own booking conditions, which are available on request. Their conditions or conditions of carriage must be accepted by yourselves as part of the contract. You should note that such conditions might include clauses excluding or limiting liability for injury, loss or damage to people and property.

HOTELS
Check-in time starts at 3 pm of the contracted day and finishes at 10 am of the day set for departure. If arrivals are programmed for a time earlier than 3 pm , the room may not be facilitated until then. Should a passenger wish to prolong his or her stay after departure time, he or she must notify the decision in reception and directly pay for the additional stay to the hotel. The hotel categories reflected in this website are the official categories provided by the Tourism Bureaus of the country where they operate, and their provision and control are administrative. The organizer will not be held responsible for the criteria ruling such controls and provisions. If the passenger contracts accommodation in triple rooms, he or she agrees to know that, in most hotels triple rooms do not exist as such. Triple rooms are double rooms with an additional bed. The space and comfort limitations implied by such accommodations are accepted by the clients. Neither the hotel nor the organizer will be held responsible for this concept. The Company reserves the right to substitute hotels listed with others of a similar or higher category at no additional cost to the traveller, even after arriving at the destiny.

LUGGAGE
All luggage exceeding a normal suitcase per person will be accepted only if the capacity of the vehicle allows it and according to the criterion of the guide or transport company. The luggage is not the object of the transport contract. Therefore, the passenger is asked to permanently keep it, no matter where in the vehicle it is allocated. The luggage is transported by the passenger under his full responsibility. The Organizer will not be held contractually responsible for any kind of loss or damage that it may suffer.

FIXTURES TO PLAY
For tours that include the organization of sports matches with local teams in South America, it is required to have paid at least 40% of the total cost of the tour to initiate specific arrangements with each local club or school. The same situation when it comes to getting accommodation in family homes. To start the organization of fixtures we require the dates of birth of your entire playing squad so that we can try to arrange matches with suitable opposition; however, we have no control over the final selection of the opposition both in terms of standard and ages. We will be very careful to get the fixtures with local’s teams as similar as the visitors, but we cannot be held responsible for teams your opponents assemble against you. We will our best to ensure the reliability and success of every fixture we arrange. While we take every possible step to prevent tour fixtures suffering last minute cancellations, in a very small minority of cases, this can happen. In the event that we have arranged a friendly match on your behalf and the fixture is cancelled due to reasons outside our direct control, we will endeavor to find a replacement fixture with a similar strength team where possible. We will not be financially responsible for any withdrawal or alteration of this offer. An indication of possible additional costs can be provided on request at any time.

BILLETING
Billeting it’s an alternative accommodation option, in which the visiting players are housed in family homes of the Schools  and / or Local Clubs.While it is feasible to get options to organize billeting in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, this option will always be subject to any of the local schools or clubs accepting to receive visitors and be able to do so. The billeting experience must be for 2 nights, it is not feasible to organize 1 single night, and neither 3 nights, they will always be 2 nights per local Club or School. As it is a recommendable experience for both visitors and locals, it is NOT possible to assure visitors that these will be housed two or more for each local house. The number of local families that are available to accommodate each group is what will determine how many visiting players will be staying at home.When the visitors are hosted by a local family, it is the local family that has priority over the time they will spend sharing and enjoying the experience together. If a visiting team wants to organize a training session or some other activity while the players are staying in a family home, the availability of the players will depend on the families.Local families will only be obliged to take the visiting players to the field of sports on the day and time where the matches are played. Team Sports will make the best effort to get all the nights of billeting that the client has requested. In the event that Team Sports does not obtain the local College or Club that accepts the ticketing experience, the accommodations and meals costs will be in charge of the visiting school or club. Billet accommodation is provided by host families usually free of charge, and sometimes for a nominal fee, depending the locals Institutions involved. When there are a fee to pay, the cost will be in charge of the visiting Schools / Clubs.We don’t have control over the local organization of your billets (homestay) accommodation; therefore neither we, nor our local agents, can be financially responsible for any alteration to billets associated with your booking.We will undertake to provide the most cost effective, suitable, alternative accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis at the time and pass the cost to the clients in full.Visiting clients that do not accept these conditions, should not opt ​​for the billeting

VARIATIONS
The right is reserved by the Organizer and service provider companies to alter the itinerary or hotels, if such decisions were deemed indispensable for a better organization of the trip or in cases beyond the control of this Organization.The Organizer will not be held responsible for delays, earlier departures or cancellations carried out by air companies or transport companies. All charges originated by such events will be fully met by passengers. If excursions did not reach the minimum number of passengers or if due to any other justified cause, the Organizer had to cancel any of the trips, the passengers will have the sole right to claim for the full reimbursement of such services, not having the right to any other claim. Should any member of the groups display inappropriate behavior, with evident disturbance of the other members of the group, the service provider can demand this person to leave the excursion. The passenger will not have any right to claim for the loss of service or for charges originated by this action.The clients who voluntarily decide not to make use of any service included in the program will not have any right to claim for any kind of reimbursement.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Security In Team Sports we take very seriously all aspects that have to do with the health and safety of passengers. All accommodation and transportation providers with whom we work in each destination have extensive experience and seniority in the tourism industry, have their licenses and current insurance, and meet all the requirements of provincial and national governing bodies, plus of the corresponding regulatory licensing authorities in each city where they provide the services. The same with the providers of excursions and entertainment activities, to whom we demand a high standard of hygiene and safety conditions according to the level of risk of the services and / or activities they provide. However, in Team Sports we collaborate with the internal security and health processes that some foreign tourism agencies have, when they request it. Our quotations for each tour are based on the commercial agreements we have with our providers, and all of them comply with the health and safety standards, and with the relevant qualifications required by the tourism laws in the countries where they operate. In the event that a provider chosen by Team Sports does not comply with the requirements of the internal H & S process of a particular foreign agency, Team Sports will make every effort to obtain another similar supplier, to replace it and, if possible, without extra costs for any of the parties. If the change of provider implies an extra cost, for whatever reason, this extra cost will be the responsibility of the foreign agency requesting the change of provider. Team Sports can not guarantee that all suppliers agree to complete the internal processes of each foreign agency that requests it, although it will collaborate in all cases to try to achieve it.

BUSINESS AGREEMENTS
Your contract with us is subject to this terms and conditions. A contract will exist between us once you have paid your deposit. When you make a payment you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions and agree on behalf of everyone travelling in your party to be bound by them. For each of our tours, the acceptance of the agreed commercial conditions (prices, schedule and payment method, services included, others) also implies the acceptance of all our terms and conditions.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms at any time. Updated versions of the terms will be posted here on this website and are effective immediately on posting. Please check frequently, especially before you use this website, to see if these Terms changed.

BEHAVIOUR AND INDEMNITY
If your behaviour or the behaviour of any group member or the group as a whole is such that in our opinion or in the opinion of our suppliers or agents, it is likely to be disruptive or dangerous or in breach of any applicable local laws or if you, any other group member or the group as a whole, appear unfit to travel by virtue of incapacity through drugs or alcohol, we reserve the right, in the absolute discretion of ourselves or any relevant supplier or agent to terminate immediately the provision of tour arrangements for the individual person or the group as a whole. We shall be under no liability to pay any refund or compensation to or costs incurred by, any person whose behavior is thus unacceptable. You also agree to indemnify us fully against any claim (including legal costs) made against us by or on behalf of the owners of such accommodation or the operator of such flight or other means of transportation, on behalf of the owners of such accommodation or the operator of such flight or other means of transportation.Neither we nor our suppliers or agents will be liable for any compensation or refund or reimbursement of expenses. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the tour without refund, compensation or reimbursement of expenses

LIABILITIES
Team Sports explicitly states that it acts solely as intermediary between travelers and entities or persons in charge of providing the services indicated in the itineraries, that is to say, transport companies, hotels, restaurants, etc. Therefore, it will not be held responsible for defects in any of the provided services, as well as for any accident, damage, injury, delay or irregularities that may originate during the provision of the services to the passengers and their luggage. When transport is carried out in buses owned or rented by the organizer, the passenger submits himself to the national legislation regarding road accidents in which the vehicle is licensed, not having any other possible right. Therefore, indemnities will be paid to the beneficiaries or legal representatives in the country where the vehicle is licensed and in the currency of the country. Neither the Organizer nor the transport companies taking part in these tours will be held responsible for any act, omission or irregularity that may originate during the period of time when the passengers are not on board the vehicles.
